Consent to personal data processing
Separate terms for the request form and server chat. Boxes are never preselected and do not mean agreement to marketing or a contract.
Request consent
By checking the consent box and submitting a request, I allow ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ», tax ID 7729697022, to process my name, contact, message, services, optional budget and deadline, language, submission page, date, request ID, technical identifier and consent version. The purpose is to reply, quote and prepare a contract. I permit collection, recording, storage, correction, use, access for authorised staff and hosting providers, blocking, deletion and destruction. The request is first stored on the server, then its name, contact and description are delivered through the he.ru Telegram proxy. For contact without this delivery, use info@one.ru. Consent lasts until the purpose is fulfilled, withdrawal or 30 days; contract records may be retained on another lawful basis.
Separate server chat consent
By enabling the separate server chat checkbox, I allow the same operator to send the current conversation messages, language, date, consent version and technical data to the Hits.ru server and the operator’s own model to answer service questions and prevent abuse. Operations include receipt, in-memory processing, use, transfer to the operator’s model and deletion after replying. The server application does not retain chat history or use it for training. The tab holds the conversation in memory until reloaded or cleared. Permission lasts in the current tab while the box is checked and can be disabled at any time. Basic knowledge answers remain available without server consent. Do not send identity documents, payment or medical details, passwords or other people’s confidential information.
Withdrawal and rights
For withdrawal, correction or deletion, email info@one.ru with the request ID or information needed to locate it. The operator responds and stops processing within statutory deadlines unless another lawful basis applies. This consent does not authorise marketing, public disclosure, filming or voice cloning and does not accept an order contract. Telegram use remains subject to its rules and cross-border transfer requirements; the operator must ensure the necessary grounds and notifications.
