1. Scope
These terms apply to services offered by Hits.ru: videos and mini-series, music, songs and greetings, promo materials, channel management and tech services.
2. Quotes and orders
A request is not a contract. Work starts when you accept our written quote and, where agreed, pay the deposit. Prices and deadlines are stated in the quote.
3. Approvals and revisions
We show concepts, lyrics, pilots or drafts for approval. The quote states how many revision rounds are included; extra changes can be quoted separately.
4. Rights and licences
The contract specifies delivered files, licensing or transfer of exclusive rights, permitted uses, territory and duration. We transfer only rights we are entitled to grant; third-party components remain subject to their licences. AI-assisted results may have limits on legal protection, which we consider when selecting tools and usage terms. Client materials require the necessary rights. Portfolio publication is agreed separately.
5. People, voices and content
You confirm you have consent from every person whose image, voice or story you ask us to use. We may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others.
6. Use of AI
We may use AI tools for ideas, images, voices or animation under human control, and we label synthetic content where platforms or the law require it. We do not clone voices or faces without written consent.
7. Results and liability
We do not guarantee specific views, followers or sales, because platforms and audiences are outside our control. We agree measurable goals and report openly. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected work, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Payment and cancellation
Payment and cancellation terms are agreed in the contract. On cancellation, completed work and documented costs are accounted for as permitted by applicable law. Any unused balance of the deposit is refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies; consumer rights are protected by law. We settle disputes by negotiation first and, failing that, in the court determined by law.
10. Service levels
Response times, production milestones, revision rounds, acceptance and remedies for delay are specified in your contract. An automated chat reply does not accept an order or promise a deadline. Existing contracts remain in force.
11. Anti-spam and promotion
We do not provide spam campaigns, fake views or followers, phishing or promotion that violates platform rules. Marketing messages need a lawful basis, the required consents and an opt-out. Request consent is not marketing consent. Report unwanted messages claiming to be from the studio to info@one.ru.
