What your browser stores and how to manage it. The site uses no advertising cookies or analytics counters.
Essential cookie
hits_guard is created when a form or chat security token is requested. It contains a random session identifier, not request text or an API key. It uses HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Secure over HTTPS. The cookie lasts for the browser session; the server session expires after two hours of inactivity. It helps prevent forged requests. Blocking it may disable form submissions and server chat; email remains available.
Browser preferences
localStorage: rg_theme stores theme, rg_lang language, and rg_hint and rg_note notice preferences, until deletion. sessionStorage: rg_sel stores selected services and rg_fl the last submission time for rate limiting; these expire with the tab session. No API keys, contact details or request text are stored there. Chat messages stay only in tab memory; server processing requires separate consent.
Your controls
Delete preferences with the button below or through your browser’s site settings for hits.ru. You can remove the essential cookie there too; a new one will be created when the form needs it. Clear chat using “Clear conversation” or reload the tab. To delete a submitted request from the server, email info@one.ru; clearing the browser does not remove sent requests.
